油泵保养

油泵内部由系统介质油循环自润滑,即使是自润滑结构,巡检人员也要通过观察油窗监控是否有油流在循环。要检查泵头工作温度在合理范围,这样做可以及时发现因自润滑油路堵塞产生的问题。
驱动电机的两端轴承需定期以人工方式加注高级别的优质润滑脂
。如果不及时加注或加注低标准的润滑脂,会造成电机轴承失去有效的润滑,运转时发热严重,最终导致电机轴抱死,泵停止运转。
1、高负荷、高强度工况,应根据运转时间,定期给电机轴承部位补充符合要求的润滑油脂。
2、尊重科学规律、重视保养、重视巡检,可早一步发现故障隐患,及时地排除。
3、非必要,切勿拆卸电机,破坏与泵同轴度配合;如非拆不可,建议邀Finder维保来人进行精准定位复原。未实现精准复位,通电运转,将可能付出更高的经济、时间成本。

Pump Maintenance
The Finder oil pump is a precision and durable electromechanical device,
serving as the core component for ensuring the operation of the power
plant's oil system.
The pump is internally lubricated by a circulating system oil
(self-lubricating). Even with this self-lubricating structure, inspection
personnel must monitor the oil sight glass to ensure there is a visible oil
flow circulating. Additionally, checking that the pump head operating
temperature remains within the reasonable range allows for the timely
detection of issues caused by blockages in the self-lubrication oil circuit.
The bearings at both ends of the drive motor require periodic manual
injection of high-grade, premium lubricating grease. Failure to inject
grease in a timely manner or using substandard lubricants will result in the
motor bearings losing effective lubrication. This leads to severe
overheating during operation, ultimately causing the motor shaft to seize
and the pump to stop functioning.
1、Under high-load and high-intensity operating conditions, the motor
bearings must be periodically replenished with specified lubricating grease
according to the running hours.
2、Respecting scientific principles, prioritizing maintenance, and
emphasizing inspections enable the early detection and timely elimination of
potential failures.
3、Under no circumstances should the motor be disassembled, as this
will destroy the coaxial alignment with the pump. If disassembly is
absolutely necessary, we recommend inviting Finder maintenance personnel to
perform precision repositioning.
Operating the unit without achieving precise re-alignment will likely result
in significantly higher economic and time costs.
4、Our after-sales company provides a complimentary on-site alignment and
commissioning service for the Finder oil pump's initial operation. Users
must prioritize this essential first maintenance.

Oil Pump Maintenance
Under proper maintenance, Finder pumps can operate stably for years with
minimal deterioration of all performance indicators.
Without a thorough understanding of the Finder pump's structural
characteristics, unauthorized disassembly and forceful reassembly are
strictly prohibited. Mishandling even a single detail during this process
can cause irreversible damage to the pump. In severe cases, even if the
after-sales service team intervenes, it will be impossible to avoid both
economic and time-related losses.
Spare parts for Italian pumps have a long lead time, typically starting from
3 to 6 months. Only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts from the
origin can effectively restore the equipment's technical specifications.
It is crucial for users to pre-order spare parts. The after-sales company
strictly prohibits the unauthorized reallocation of spare parts reserved for
other clients ("robbing Peter to pay Paul"). Maintenance performed using
components sourced through unofficial channels will pose serious safety
hazards to operations.
If the user possesses a highly competent and professional maintenance team,
it is recommended to pre-order maintenance kits annually as a precautionary
measure.
If the user's maintenance team is newly established or has no prior
experience with Italian Finder oil pumps, we strongly recommend signing a
"保驾护航 (Escort/Support) Agreement" with our after-sales company. During the
initial 1-2 years of operation, our company will participate in the process
by providing guidance and on-site maintenance services. This allows your
team to gradually become familiar with the operations before taking full
responsibility independently, ensuring a smooth transition. This approach
